Acceptable Use

• ✓Use the app only for lawful, educational purposes
• ✓Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
• ✓Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them
• ✓Do not upload or share content that is harmful, illegal, or misleading

Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use Plex Academy.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through Plex Academy — including questions, explanations, and AI responses — is owned by or licensed to Plex Academy. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute it without permission.

Advertising

Plex Academy is free to use and is supported by advertising via Google AdMob. Ads are served in accordance with Google's advertising policies.

Premium Subscriptions & Billing

• ✓Monthly and yearly Premium plans are optional and automatically renew until cancelled.
• ✓The exact price and currency displayed in the app are supplied by Google Play for your store account and country. Taxes may be included or added by Google Play.
• ✓Monthly plans are charged each month. Yearly plans described as “pay for 10 months” are charged as one yearly payment and provide 12 months of access.
• ✓Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm. RevenueCat verifies the purchase and synchronises Premium access but does not process your payment card.
• ✓You may continue using the free parts of Plex Academy without subscribing.

Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

• ✓Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
• ✓Deleting Plex Academy or deleting your Plex Academy account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
• ✓Cancelling does not automatically refund an existing charge. Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.
• ✓Use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support@plexacademy.app if an eligible purchase is not recognized.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Plex Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that exam content matches exactly what will appear on official papers.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@plexacademy.app. Deletion is processed within 7 business days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. Check this page regularly.
