How We Use Your Data

Subscriptions & RevenueCat
- ✓Google Play processes payments and supplies the localized price and currency for your store account and country. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or mobile-money details.
- ✓RevenueCat processes the app-user identifier, store product identifier, transaction metadata, purchase and expiration dates, renewal status, store country, and entitlement status needed to provide and restore Premium access.
- ✓Your current entitlement is associated with your Plex Academy account so access can be synchronized across eligible devices.
- ✓Cancellation and refunds are managed under Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.
AI Features
Questions, messages, and images you submit for homework help are processed only to provide the requested learning response, maintain relevant history, protect the service, and improve reliability as described in this policy. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information.
Children and Students
Plex Academy is intended for secondary-school students. Users under 18 should use the service with parent or guardian awareness. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent; contact us if you believe this has occurred.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact support@plexacademy.app. You may also delete your account from the app settings.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your personal information. Data is never sold to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use Firebase and Google services for authentication, storage, analytics, AI features, security, and advertising, and RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.
